New Partnership Launched

with Kidzlink Consults

RMD Training is pleased to announce a new partnership with Kidzlink Consults with Olu Odukale as the Director and CEO, supplying the L3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) to their learners enabling them to become not only valuable qualified assets to all pre-schools and nursery settings across the UK and the World.

Kidzlink Consults is a leading provider of premium quality training for teachers, where they actualize their dream, grow individually and collectively as part of a community. They are affiliated with Buttercups School and Kidzland Group of Nurseries. Kidzlink Director Olu Odukale is fully committed to the project promoting as it does, great opportunities for the learners, the school and other childcare venues, establishing a pool of experienced qualified Early Years Educators. Olu will also lead a management team providing learners with the required work experience, supporting their learning directly in the work place, providing witness testimonies and observations as the learners show just how good they are in delivering high quality childcare.

Working together.

Through this project, learners will become valuable qualified assets to pre-schools and nursery settings across the UK and the world. Support will be given in locating childcare work opportunities.

How do we work together?

RMD Training takes the initials of Roger Maurice Dixon a Chief Executive and Owner/Managing Director of Business Development and Training organisations for 30 years with overall people development experience going back nearly 50 years to 1974.

The business RMD Training operates a TSB Business Bank Account (appears on invoices) and is UK VAT registered. Its accountants are Weaver Wroot Ltd under the auspices of Partner Scott Nixon another friend and associate who I have known for many years and who can provide a reference if required.

I have been involved in the design and delivery of government funded courses since 1986, including chairing committees on the design of internationally recognised awards and owning/directing companies delivering thousands of apprenticeships and AEB funded training courses to learners from all backgrounds.

RMD Training is an exclusive business which only trades with trusted associates/friends from associations forged during the past 30 years on an invitation only basis. As such has a minimal social media/internet presence. These associates/friends are from mutually beneficial sectors involved in Training and Development, Accredited Centres with trainers and Assessors such as Taylor Care Training and A&T Training, Frontline Sales and Marketing, Manatec First Aid Training Company (jointly owned) and DWP Funding Specialists.
